The ferry port is connected to the main bus terminal with city bus line Nr. 9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ferry port has a great signing system, it is easy for travelers to navigate to the right boarding lanes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The port has a <strong>brand-new terminal building<\/strong>, which boosts facilities like a waiting room, WIFI, restrooms, Jadrolinija ticket office, and several coffee address is Liburnska Obala nr. 4<\/strong>, and this is the GPS coordinates 44\u00b007&#8217;00.8&#8243;N 15\u00b013&#8217;38.0&#8243;E.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The old town ferry port has no facilities, but as it is located on the old town peninsula you have plenty of facilities nearby<strong> <\/strong>such as bars, restaurants, shops, a post office, a ticket office, ATM-s, etc.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Few tips from my site<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>I have seen 10 passenger ferries lined up at the port, some from the same company, so make sure to check which one is the right one (If necessary ask the ferry href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrycroatia.com\/en\/island-ugljan\/\"><strong> <\/strong><strong>islands of Ugljan<\/strong><\/a><strong>,<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrycroatia.com\/en\/island-dugi-otok\/\"><strong> <\/strong><strong>Dugi Otok<\/strong><\/a><strong>,<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrycroatia.com\/en\/island-iz\/\"><strong> <\/strong><strong>I\u017e<\/strong><\/a><strong>,<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrycroatia.com\/en\/island-molat\/\"><strong> <\/strong><strong>Molat<\/strong><\/a><strong>, and so on<\/strong>, here is how you get to the main ferry terminal and the old town port near the city centre from different parts of the town:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re staying in the centre of Zadar, <strong>the old port is minutes away from most of the historical sights<\/strong>, so you can easily walk there. However, if you want to reach the ferry terminal Ga\u017eenica, you have to first take bus number 2 or 4 to the main bus station in Zadar and from there take bus number 9 to the Ga\u017eenica ferry terminal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If you\u2019re staying in Diklo or Borik<\/strong>, you have to take bus number 8 to the main bus station and from there take numbers 2 or 4 to reach the catamaran port in the center or bus number 9 to reach the ferry terminal in Ga\u017eenica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bus ticket is around 2 Euro, buses run from early morning to late evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From all the three parts of the city mentioned above you can also take a taxi, bolt or Uber which won\u2019t cost you a lot since it\u2019s quite a short distance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If you\u2019re staying outside of Zadar<\/strong>, for example in Petr\u010dane (12 km from Zadar), there are regular bus lines between the main bus station in Zadar and Petr\u010dane. The ticket is only a few euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Getting_from_Zadar_airport_to_the_ports\"><\/span>Getting from Zadar airport to the ports<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The airport of Zadar \u2013 Zemunik<\/strong> is around 10 km from Ga\u017eenica ferry terminal and 12 km from the catamaran port. Once you land,<a href=\"https:\/\/getbytransfer.com\/en\/zadar-airport-zadar\"> you can take a pre-booked transfer<\/a> (which will cost you around 25 euros) or take a taxi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>There are also shuttle buses running from the airport towards Zadar<\/strong> \u2013 the main bus station. From there take numbers 2 or 4 to reach the catamaran port in the centre or the bus number 9 to reach the ferry terminal in Ga\u017eenica. As mentioned above, the main bus station is located between the catamaran port (2 km) and the Ga\u017eenica ferry terminal (3.5 km).<a href=\"https:\/\/getbybus.com\/en\/bus-from-zadar\"> Click on this link to see the exact location<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You might also want to choose to travel by car and you can choose both the highway or the coastal road.
