Rab Archaeological Traces – Free education for guides on the island

As part of the Rab Archaeological Traces project, free training will be held from 23rd to 26th of November for tourist, mountain and bike guides operating on the island of Rab, but also for all interested tourist staff (informants, receptionists…).

This project has arranged three educational hiking and biking trails with a total length of about 40 km, on which archaeological, sacral and ethnic heritage hidden in untouched landscapes was presented at 34 locations.

The mobile application Rab Archaeological Traces as an upgrade of the eponymous project initiated within the PP 27 neighbourhoods – Rijeka 2020 – European Capital of Culture, will be presented on the island of Rab from 19th to 21st of November 2020.

This interactive mobile application that can be used for individual exploration of the island, but also as an aid to organized guides. It will be free for end-users and can be used for individual exploration of the island, for educational purposes and as an aid to tourist, bike and mountain guides during guided tours.
