We took a new step and the story of the Pasman island – mainland bridge goes further! The mayor of Pasman, Krešimir Ćosić, briefly commented on yesterday’s meeting at the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure with State Secretary Josip Bilaver.

The main topic of the meeting was the Pasman – mainland bridge but we also talked about the construction of the state road D110 from Barotul to Tkon and about the possibilities of financing the port of Dobropoljana. In order to enter the design procedure at all, we need a feasibility study of the investment which is being prepared by the international company Ernst & Young and which should be completed by the end of April 2021. The study will show what is the best option for connecting the island and the mainland and this will be the basis for launching other project documentation. In addition, we will find out what are all the possibilities for financing the connection of the island to the mainland from EU funds.
